Unspecified "Bad Things" happened to Pie (our new, main WWW server) last night during a big upgrade to the OS. It seems to think its a toaster or a washing machine or something now. It's running like a beast here, I think you need to upgrade your box by 4 gigs of ram, and re-install everything. I'll be back in a day to check how it's running for you.
