BB wireless in Dublin

Friend was asking about Wireless coverage in Dublin. They tried IBB but they have none in their area (Rathfarnham I think) who is is operating in Dub?

IBB do do coverage in Rathfarnham, my m8 leaves there and has it, are you sure they said they dont do it or that the masts are full?
