Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I like the idea of fashion magazines that have info about fashion and make-up but most of them have all this other nonsense as well that I just can't stand - dieting info (dodgy - go see a nutritionist or doctor for that sort of thing), articles on relationships (total cráp), horoscopes (puleeze - this isn't the middle ages) and a lot of them have this really disturbing ideology whereby they keep going on about finding a man who will marry you or give you lots of money and presents (hello? have they not heard of the whole women's rights movement?).

Are there any magazines out there that avoid all this shíte and just stick to actual fashion, cosmetics and clothes?

Porn. Wait Playboy is a fashion magazine right? The fashion is the reason why I buy it.

I buy lots of magazines and the best for pure fashion is 'In Style' magazine. It has a emphasis on fashion and not quizzes on 'how fertile your pet snail is'. & 'How your shoesize can predict if you're marriage material'.

Elle is ok - lots of adverts don't ya think? Vogue gives good fashion ideas but clothes featured are way too expensive and there are lots of ads in it also, I always feel Vogue is a little pretentious or something.

I think vogue is creepy - many of their models are freakishly young! I look young for my age myself and all but when the models you see in a magazine remind you more of your 9 year old sister than yourself, something is wrong!
