Yeah, it's a very cool trailer. I love the music to the trailer too. Julian McMahon will be perfect as Dr. Doom imo, especially after his face is now associated with "Nip/Tuck".

i get the feeling this ones going straight to sucks-ville.
i dont think the trailer shows much of the film, lots of shiney action shots..
i think its trying to hard.

In fairness, the FX aren't complete (and don't look very good on the big screen), but I think the trailer does a good job of making me want to see the movie. I don't like the music selection at all though -- I would much prefer something along the lines of the scores used for Spider-Man and X-Men trailers...

The characters all look the part, though Reed Richards is a bit disappointing looking.

All in all, I'm looking forward to the movie -- superhero teams are fun

I don't like the fact that Dr. Doom seems to have been on the space ship with them and got special powers from the cosmic rays as well.

The things that make the character of Dr. Doom interesting is that he is a normal human who has used his genius to build his awesome weapons and force fields.

The other important aspect about Victor Von Doom is the fact that he is the leader of Latvaria and as such had diplomatic immunity within the US. I think that was the original idea behind the character, that it would be interesting to have the Fantastic Four go up against a villian that they weren't allowed to.

But all this seems to have gone out the window.

Also I'm not sure how serious I'll be able to take Dr. Doom after Bubbles in South Park became Professor Chaos.
