Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why do you have to pick english or metric? I know my weight in metric but everything else in English. Damn gym.

Between 20 and 25. It is generally accepted as a measurement for an average person of average build and average strength. It is possible to have a BMI outside of this range (even into the "obese" range) and not be "overweight", but by and large most people will find their ideal weight somewhere within the 20-25 range. Don't worry too much about it. If you're happy with your weight, and you're not stupidly over or under weight then ignore the BMI chart.
