Extension lead for skysports cable connection?

Anyone able to help me out im moving the tv across the room and the cable isnt long enough is there a special type of lead that has to be used plus its a screw on connection? I don't want to pay sky a fortune when I can do it myself, Any help appreciated. Cheers
