Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The more people you meet the higher your chance of success. But where is the best place to meet ? clubs, pubs , what are the experiences of other people.

    i think the best place to meet someone serious is not in a club or pub.

    the best place to meet people is a club or pub. you can meet people on the steet, reading a book in a cafe, or something more romantic but they are more likely to be weirdos :)

    it is a game of numbers and considering most people go to a pub or club to meet someone, serious or not, then it's a no brainer. there are nice pubs and clubs where you can have a conversation with someone ya' know....doesn't all have to be smirnoff ice-fueled meat markets!

    a general tip is that if you see a girl out on a fri or sat night and she isn't with a guy, then she is probably single. if you like the way she looks then talk to her, if you like the way she talks then take it from there.

    I'd agree with the AlcoholicA, the best place to meet people is not in pubs/clubs, having said that, its not always that simple. If you dont have many other options, then thats all you're left with...

    House parties are great, and pubs are a better option than clubs, because at least you can have some level of a conversation with them :D
