Some new (I hope) DS info

    Well, first of all, the specs for the DS + GBASP media player have been put out

    They are the stats, with a cost of roughly Y6000 which would be ~€40-50

    Also, the DS is begining to pimp its warez in the UK and Oz now, as they set up booth's and a european advert has been released( a bit weird for europe tho :p )http://www.nintendo-europe.com/microsite/dsteaser/nlNL/video1.swf

    Hum, also, very recently, Nintendo have confirmed that the DS will go online, although there are still dates and specs to come out and a big francise game will be the first to take advantage of this (people suggest pokemon)((this is not 100% confirmed by ninty tho))

    Well there we go, some new info, I think the playan is great, but I honestly dont know how often I would want to watch a movie on the go, but I may pick one up just because they are quite cheap (although with a mem card your looking at €100+)

    Mono sound only for SP mp3 playback? FFS! :mad:

    I presume it clamps onto the top of the machine, much like the Gamecube link cable?

    Wonder will the dev community have much luck with this.

    Its odd that they havn't given us the Euro release date... Id say it will be the same as the Oz one though. What I really want to know is if Goldeneye (good or bad as it may be we dont know) is out next month or not. Everyone had it down as a 7th of Feb launch and now alot of sites have pulled it back down...

    Ye, there was a lot of community talk about that, but nothing at all offical about it, I highly doubt it will be a february release anyway
