So I'm asking if anyone can give me contacts and locations of any clubs open to the general public in dublin city (I'm based near Merrion Square).

It does not have to be a Jitsu club, any Judo/jitsu/Aikido/Ninjitsu would be good, but would also be interested in TKD/Kickboxing.
