    Lads I made a few calls today re ammo, there seems to be no pistol ammo available at the moment!!!

    You could get a really nice .22LR pistol then if you've got your heart set on a handgun.

    fyi zak , Les has a really nice .22 and an even nicer custom .45. you are preaching to a bishop . justice are issuing individuals import licences for ammo its just painful and slow . and on repeats they are keep asking where the last 500 went , which is a pain in the ass when you will go through that in a good day on the range. . keep at it

    The same thing happened with 223 ammo a few months ago. Demand exceeded supply and the time lag due to the licence process meant people went short. Are the imports limited to 500rds? Coould one import more, and have the extra stored by a dealer?

    scullys in athlone have lots of 9mm ammo
    dont know about other calibers
