I know of a couple of VW Van specialists here in Holland, that are selling quite a few!
Ranging from cars that are a solid base for restoration, to pristine/concours examples.

A rough car that is still solid enough for a good restoration/recommissioning tends to be around the 4-6k. Anything under that and you can be sure it's a bit of a basket case ))
Between 6 and 10 are cars in reasonable to OK driving condition that would pass an MOT, and that would need to be improved cosmetically
From 10k upwards is where the real crackers start to roll in with low mileage unrestored examples or special models (like the Samba) to concours restored examples with all the bells and whistles going for as much as 16-20k...
