Have a 03 1.6 Octavia and have a slight knocking noise from the front left area. Only whan I am going over bumps -theres no knocking on flat roads. another forum stated that it could be the "roll over bar" bushings - where is this located and could this be fixed easy any of you have any other ideas ?? isnt it under warranty? very unusual for bushings to be gone unless it has intergalactic miles. could be a loose engine mount or more likely a loose shock absorber. had one on my peugeot and it knocked every now+then.

Do you play golf??. Is there a loose ball in the boot. 03 sounds young for mechanical clangings.
