I have a Meteor pay as you go phone and I'm eligable(sp?) for an upgrade. Is there any difference in price on phones? If so, is it much?

Same price, you'll get whatever amount of credit you were told you'd get when it was confirmed you are eligible for the upgrade. It's normally a bit more than the 80 you get when you're a first time connection.
