    Hi,

Whats the best way out there to protect people from downloading images from an image gallery?

You can find the source of any html based gallery (if im not wrong)

Another idea would be to use one swf to display each image (load the jpg into the swf) - However there are Flash extraction tools out there that would render this uneffective!

    Any ideas?

    Tnx

People will always be able to take a Print Screen of the screen and just paste it into whatever app they want.

you could protect the image by modifing it?
e.g. add a watermark or split it into pieces, so that it looks like one piece on the screen.

The simple answer is you can't!
once someone has viewed your site all your graphics are on their computer,
you can try the no rightclick but anyone with a bit of savvy will know how to get around this.

Yeah the best you can hope for is to deter the casual user. Anyone intent on getting your images can do so fairly easily..
