Just got a quote for supplying and laying 19 2x2 foot grey slabs, and was wondering if it was a fair price. The slabs in the front of the house will be end to end beside the drive (so when I step out of the car I don't walk on the lawn), and the ones in the back will be spaced a few inches apart along the clothes line to garden shed.
The quote was 113.05 for the slabs, (19 x 5.95), and 120 for labour (approx 2 hours work for 2 guys), Total 233.05. I think it sounds ok.
Before any DIYers say DIY!, I don't have the time or energy to do it
