Siemens C60 - - Can It Be Reset?

Hi all, Was just wondering if anyone was aware of a way of totally formatting a Siemens C60? In other words remove all downloads etc from the phone.. I have been trying to sort this phone out for ages...and now that my internet settings are all messed up (and getting them sent from O2 doesnt seem to work), i think it best…

Hi all,
