A couple of doubtful play decisions

1. Arsenal penalty - looked like one but Scholes managed to block the refs view
2. Offside call from the linesman on Bergkamp - Wrong call

One dodgy decision that should have resulted in bookings

1. Cole for his swan dive - most blatent one I have seen since Lovenkrands


Rooney needs his head cooled at half time otherwise he will be sent off during the 2nd half.

Cole and Viera should do time for blatant cheating. What does an Arsenal player need to do to get booked? Bergkamp played on after being rules offside and the ref did nothing. Rooney did the same and gets booked. That was why he was so annoyed. Then Henry wouldn't give the ball back - nothing.

If I could make changes now, it'd be:

Silvestre for Brown
Fletcher(who I think has done well) for Saha

Switch to a 4-4-2 and play it full on for the win, tehres no choice atm imo

The second switch is definally going to happen at some point in the game, I doubt the first one will.

i cant believe andy gray is so blind , he keeps going on and on about the goalkeeper (he was shocking for the third goal) but arsenals right full back completely left ronaldo to run and tap that in. he started 10-15 tards behind him and ronaldo ran but the arsenal full back just jogged all the way in, ball watching. he was caught out of position for ronaldos first aswell.

On a side note, is it just me or are there far more united supporters on boards as compared to arsenal, as most posts here seem to be from United supporters. Or perhaps its just that united supporters post more?

In any case I didn't see the game, but it will be intersting to see the viewpoints of the arsenal supporters on this game.

Also how will this affect the title race now? I guess this puts Arsenal definately out of contention.

ashley cole, that was disgraceful, i'll not say what i want to say or i'll get myself banned. sensational win, 3-0 to utd in the 2nd half down to 10 for over 20 mins.

i cant tell you how delighted i am by that win, we won it fair and square, no excuses this time arsenal. heinze deserves a medal for his effort tonight. didnt do anything until utd went down to 10 men but by god did he prove what a player he is the last half hour. rattling into tackles, wacking the ball upfield, sprinting by his own down the touchline to wrap up the game by setting up the 4th.

Rooney was involved in 3 goals, massive influence on the match. keane immense also. Ronaldo and giggs solid down the flanks. hats off to utd.

Chelsea are still 8 points clear with a game in hand against Blackburn. You have got to expect Chelsea to win that one which will leave them 11 clear. This game tonight was really for 2nd place (unless Chelsea do the inexplicable thing and lose the next 3 games).
