Heading to Prague, hotel suggestions?

heading to prague at the end of march, found a good deal for me and the girlfriend with czech airlines now i have to find a hotel. I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone here whse been over there, nothing too fancy, all we want is someplace clean and well situated that wont cost us a bomb. BTW whats the weather like…
