lost disc's and fancy free.....

    having spent a night in the lazer huts doing an english essay, i desided to look at one of the cd's that was on the floor....

    i'll now return the cd back to its place on the floor.....

    Anyone think there might be a problem posting pictures of random people on the web, just because they lost their disk and you were the one to find it.

    Hmm take your pic. Seriously though - I wouldn't want to surf to a website and find pics of me and the missus\mistress up online without my consent. And I suppose from a legal point of view there may be a problem too.

    nah not really. firstly, there is no theft cos it's finders keepers rule. secondly, invasion of privacy? it's a kin to finding a envelope of photos on the bus and looking at them. is that against the law?

    no, but publishing them on the internet/in a newspaper probally is..

    no not at all. Not in Ireland any way, it's different in France for one. If a journalist or anyone takes u picutre in a public place or whatever he doesn't have to seek your permission to publish your photograph. unless somebody with knowledge of the "law" can tell me other wise.
