There are 3 people on a plane 1 Americian, 1 englishman and 1 Irishman and there talking about medecine advances. Firstly the englishman says how great the advances are in england, how they can find parts from people in accidents and stitch them together and called the project NHS stitch up then the american says how there service is better on how they use DNA to stitch people together and how it always works and they called there project NASA DNA then the Irishman says the irish service is the by far the best service in the world on how after an car accident on an old back road there was body parts everywhere, they found a Bollox in the middle of the road, stitched it up and called it The Taoiseach

Heard it in a pub, but sounds better when its said out.
