Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At first reading your post I was thinking the screen resolution has been set too low, but you'd still be able to see the display properties... then maybe he used the monitor controls to strech the image too far out, but I think he'd know how to undo that fairly easily.
Now I'm thinking it could be the screen DPI has been set to something ridiculous.
I don't have a 100% clear idea of what you're seeing, but you could try booting into Safe Mode and resetting it from there, assuming Safe Mode doesn't have this problem.
(While the PC is booting, press F8 a load of times and use the arrows to choose Safe Mode from the menu.)
To check the screen DPI (this is the layout in Windows XP, and I'm pretty sure '95 uses the same layout)... right-click a blank area of the desktop and goto properties (Display Properties) ... go to the Settings tab ... click advanced ... and then into the General tab... What you're looking for here is a drop-down list to select your DPI... by default it should be set to 96 DPI.
If it's already set to 96 DPI, I'd suggest trying to check this in Normal mode aswell (if you can).
