Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if anyone has had a knee cartilage injury of the meniscus cartilage. I currently have a torn one and I'm wondering if I can continue running etc on it until the summer or should I get it looked at now - I doesn't really bother me while running, playing etc but it can be a bit sore after. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey Downtime, I had a simular rugby injury couple of years back....and i left it and continued to play (didn't bother me to much), until i then sufferd a very serious knee injury, which still causes me problems, and may require surgery..........

I would suggest keeping up fitness traing if you must, but avoid contact until you consult a physio...book an appointment...they'll look at it for you, let you know how strong/weak it is...if there's fluid in the knee, if it needs special exercise etc..and they'll give you a weight programme, or some simple streches....

I posted something simular in the fitness forum...they're the experts in there :)
