    Nice one eirebhoy.

    Results:
    S Maguire Sco 3-5 A McManus Sco
    M Dunn Eng 3-5 M Stevens Wal

Matt Stevens on a roll, he hadn't won a match all season, but now it's two on the trot.

Decent win for "Angles" McManus in the battle of Glasgow too. The bookies had Maguire as the pre tourney favourite.

A Whitewash for Ronnie yesterday to Graeme Dott, who'd have guessed that?

He was 25-0 up in the 3rd frame and missed an easy pink and straight away conceeded the frame....

Doherty out too :( 5-2 to Tom Ford.

    Todays order:

    1500:
    S Davis Eng v G Dott Sco
    J Higgins Sco v N Robertson Aus

    1900:
    S Hendry Sco v T Ford Eng
    M Stevens Wal v A McManus Sco

My pick of the day is the Higgins v Robertson Match, the Aussie guy has been on fire in the last few weeks & beat John in Cardiff.

I didn't think Ronnie was one to be motivated by money. He said the only reason he came to Malta is because it wasn't too long on the plane but might boycott China because of the low prize funds.

Tom Ford after beating Doherty: "It's easily the best win of my career".

I seen Robertson a couple of times in the Welsh open and I was really impressed. He seems a typical Hann type Aussie though.
