What happened to Bianca Luykx, was she abducted by Kathryn Thomas?

    It seemed to me that Luykx was beeing groomed by RTE, but along came Thomas who seemed to walk away with her career.

    In advance, if it's something bad like she's sick or something, I didn't know. :confused:

    Saw him on a Ryanair flight over to London before christmas. If he's flying Ryanair things cant be too great. Also wasn't overly impressed by the "hey look, it's the fat one from boyzone!" comments.

    Ms Thomas is fast becoming the Linda Barker of Irish TV; I mean you can't turn on the f**king thing without her appearing either in an ad or in the schedule. Nothing against the girl or anything but FFS there's plenty of other photogenic people out there capable of stringing a few sentences together on telly...right?

    Bianca Luykx has a radio slot called 'Bianca with the Buzz' i.e. celebrity gossip etc...........I have often heard it on East Coast Radio.

    Well then just switch on your telly and tune to either RTÉ channel , unless you mean more of her, in which case, go take a cold shower :p

    Just think about this. She's probably going to attach herself, limpet like, to RTE for the next fifty years, just like Kenny and all his cohorts. Christ almighty. :(

    But she could still be in the calendar. ;)

    Now, now! That's a bit harsh. She was a fine presenter and there's no reason why she couldn't be a good barrister.
