Burger King Galway?

Could any 1 tell me why galway is the only place of its size in ireland that doesn't have a burger king.. It's got a larger pop than limerick which has twon not mention 4 supermacs.. even sligo has one for crying out loud!

You say that like having a Burger King would actually be a *good* thing. We've already got 3 McDonalds, 3 Supermacs and loads of smaller (and generally better) fast food places. More than enough tbh.

To be honest O'Connell St. is the only place i know of, there might be one out in Swords but i couldn't say for sure

Fair enuf, maybe i am a bit odd knowing them all but Galway is a nice size where ya can know where everything is.

I thought you Galway people were obsessed with Supermacs, they even had to put up a sign for ye on the window of the one in O'Connell street "There is no burger sauce in the burgers, if you want burger sauce, ask"!

Well supermacs is our home when we travel, the beacon of light.
Might be something to do with it being started in Galway and sponsoring the Galway team. Its always the place to be on match day in Dublin before a pub.

aparently mcdonalds and supermacs have joined forces to prevent burgerking and kfc coming to galway...

We should have a burger king we're getting screwed by "The" Man...and everyone that doesn't like their food because booo hooo my body is my temple I saw the documentary with the dumb fcuk that ate McDonalds for a month etc. Why are you being such a buzz kill!?!? Alot of people don't care that its harmful to your health...even before all the controversy you'd have to be a moron not to realise its damaging to you.
