Anyone else hear him on MOTD last nite:

He said that he was disappointed that he hit the post but said:

"It was ok, cos a couple of minutes later Robbie Keane got on the end of one of me balls"

Twas a great comedy moment.

its fine if you don't like an accent, there's plenty I don't like (Birmingham *cough, cough*) but people shouldn't be getting discriminated against for having a particular accent (and I find it a lot harder to get a job with a common Dublin accent). Anyway, back on topic

Nah not really. My own accent isn't anything like Andy Reid's. I just think it's a little harsh taking the piss out of someone becuase of their accent, it's not like they can do anything about it. It's like calling someone ugly.

aye, theres an interesting expose on him on soccernet.com.
says he had a dughter when he was 15 if i recall, and he nearly jacked it all in to return back to dublin.

says as well that he loves his accent.
