Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This tune is a kinda tribal house song. With a male talkover through the track (sounds a little like Slick Rick) and he says

    "Cameras Ready, Heres the flash"

Also whats everyone listen to these days, or what gigs you looking forward too. Im listening to a lots Vitalic and Tok Tok at the moment, and can't waith for The Hacker and Jacques Lu Cont playing in TBMC in march.

fix - "flash"... the tune was rereleased and remixed under his other alias [green velvet] and theres been umpteen other remixes too, deadly tune, all abut the original version though, that funky little snare break that comes in just as its all abou to get boring is wicked and the wee little wiggling sub-bass line is savage.

Fix and Green Velvet are not actually the same person. The man behind Fix is a Dutch guy called Orlando Voorn, Green Velvet is Curtis Jones, from Chicago.

Both amazing tracks though and bring back great memories from the Temple of Sound back in 1995 or so!

I never managed to get the Carl Craig mix of Green Velvet - Flash, which is also another great mix though not as good as the original.

I presume this is from one of the usual suspects, i.e. gemm, htfr, ebay etc etc?

Just to add to my original comment of never managing to get the mix, there are occasions where i come across a track i am looking for on the various sites but decide against depending on whats being charged for it. If it costs above the odds it needs to be rare, on its original label, from a reliable source, in good+ condition etc. Although I have paid silly money for rare tracks in the past!
