Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Good to see another Kevin Smith fan here.

Have had Clerks X on my shopping list for some time.

The Clerks Animated Series was a bit disappointing but worth a look nonetheless! It's got some good extras on it.

clerks to me is near utter perfection, once i get these 2 im done with him(i own clerks andmallrats as well)
i might eventually get x, but tbh im more than happy with the regular r1 disc.

The Iron Giant - special edition
What comes in that? Is it worth upgrading from the crappy edition from a few years ago?

The last DVD I bought was Azumanga Daioh Vol. 1, which is a pretty silly Japanese cartoon series about girls going to school.

went a bit mad ordering off DVD soon lately - I got Lord of the rings, fellowship extended and Two Towers Extended.
Incredibles R1, Saving private ryan 60th anniversary set, and last but not least, Spongebob Squarepants The Movie R1 DVD soon!

Spongebob was a good buy - cheaper than bringing kids to the cinema and at least they get to re-watch it a few times!

Apart from that just waiting for the Indiana Jones trilogy to be shipped - then I'm giving credit card a well needed rest for a while I pay for all these!

I think it's definitely worth the upgrade.

It's a new digital transfer that includes feature-length commentary from the director, the head of the animation department, two story department people, and the animation supervisor for the Giant. It also has 8 additional scenes including a Giant's dream sequence and an alternate opening.

There are 13 minidocumentary segments that highlight the score, character design, the storyboards and animation. There are some additional segments about Vin Diesel, and a stills gallery along with theatrical trailers, etc.

It's Region 1 encoded. A good informational review of this edition is here.

It might mean having to watch it again to find what it is about the film that I am missing.

    What can I say, I'm a movie person. :)

Was going to buy more today but got Mario Advance to play on my DS, turned out to be rubbish, so it was a waste of €25 that could have been spent on movies...
