Oh is Clue the film of Cludo? I saw that! With Tim Curry as the butler and Martin Mull was in it too? That film is freakin' brilliant. I remember watching it before school in like 5th class or something. I'd love to see that again.

    Jesus christ.
I was looking for it HMV, Virgin etc and couldn't find it. So ordered the special edition online for E27. Bit more than I usually pay but wasn't pushed. Then I a few days later I find the normal edition for E15 in HMV
Anyway, it arrived in the post yesterday.
Must watch the rest of it tonight :)

Hmv in galway have plenty of it, for €15!

I didn't even notice it in Gamestop, but when I was purchasing my stuff the girl goes "You have a fiver credit left over, you might as well pick up one of those DVDs, you should get Battle Royale its brilliant for that price"

So I did, I found it hard to justify paying 15 for it when I used to have it on tape, but at a fiver you cant go wrong!

Anyway! Today I bought Enemy at the Gates and Ring 2 (Both 4.99 in Gamestop again  )

Made a vow not to buy any more DVD's for a while but i was in Xtra-Vision today and they had the 6-Disc Collector's Edition of the Die-Hard Trilogy (this one here!) for just €25 (note it's price on play being £25.99 sterling).

Was tempted to get it... and then i saw right above it, they have the standard Die-Hard Trilogy with just the 3 films and very few extras (this one here!) for the exact same price!

What a bargain for a 6 disc set with a free booklet and film cell!! :D Very happy with it...! It was €45 in there a couple of weeks back.

Actually the correct term is "Tetralogy". I even used to say "Quadrilogy" until I was told and then looked it up. I know it's kinda traditional to say Quadrilogy, as though the word exits specifically for the Alien series but anyway.....

the word does exist just for the alien boxset

Yep, I don't regret it. It's a bit dearer than if I got it online, but it's such a great show that they deserve a bit more of my money!

I can't get the phrase "Mr. Bananagrabber" out of my head at all today.......

Oh, could you check your PM's please?

    another day in paradise
    gummo
    Julien donkey boy

    I see a pattern ;)
three great movies, have them all on VHS

picked up Kids R1 DVD when in the US a few months back for $7.
Never see it here even though a R2 was released.

US is a great place to buy DVDs. Some much better selection and great value (especially for TV box sets - who cares if they're two sided discs?)
