ClearQuest and ClearCase

Started co-op this week, i'm working with clearquest and clearcase from rational. To the people who have worked with these two products: i'm just wondering how long it took you to get to grips with them, I've been told to expect to be lost for about a month. Is this really the case?

depends on what you are doing with them. if you're a developer there's not a lot you need to understand - you checkout, checkin ocassionally branch and merge.. thats about it really. if your're an admin then good luck and get your head examined.
