Road Tax-Govt short on dosh?

    With only 19 days till the end of the month I have today received my road tax renewal. This is unprecidented getting it this early. Is the Govt short of dosh they need it so early?

    Wonder what the game is?

    They usually don't send me one at all! Then it's my fault when the gardai pull me for it.

    I think you're supposed to get it two weeks in advance so 19 days is hardly excessive. Maybe the guy doing the mailing is going on holiday :)

    I don't know why they send me one at all. I use the internet tax thingy. Would save on postage and paper. They know my email addy.

    its to get the internet ones out in time .....
