you just walk over the 1st aid to use it, if you have full helth you cacnt pick them up. you cant change view only zoom in. its not a 3rd person game!

if you walk over the round first aid tins - yes no problem straight to your health, but there are first aid bags/ parcels which you collect and are visable bedside your health.. these are the one i'm asking about?

on ps2 to use health press the up arrow.

dont think you can change the view though.

and if you ever manage to pass the 1st american mission please let me know

btw , useful tip, if you are aiming (holding L1 on the ps2) you can lean to the left o right using the arrows.
