GAME - any game for 99c?

    anyone see the posters in game lately? big yellow ones, can't miss 'em.

    the point seems to be, you bring in 4 pre-owned game and get "any" game for 99c. naturally there doesn't seem to be any other info.. but there is the always-present "terms & conditions apply"

    what's the catch?

    the catch is that they rarely sell preowned games for less than €30.
    (i'm guessing its restricted to current gen games)
    €30 * 4 = €120

    you'd be getting shafted tbh

    the catch is that the total of game you bring in has to be worth at least the same as a new game. You cant bring in 4 totally rubbish games,they have to be worth a certain amount.

    Symths/Software Zone have a better deal: trade in four games at a value of €15 or more and get any game for free.

    i also recall the games must have manuals and im not sure about this but the games cant be lyour old playstation1 games or game boy games, best to ask the fellas in there

    The terms and conditions are that the games must scan at €24.99 new on the till, and have all their manuals etc. It also excludes last years football and wrestling games. That's pretty much it tbh.
    Going by Game's prices, you'd only get 8 euro/game (at €24.99), and that's if you have a loyalty card, so there is the chance to get a good deal. Saying that if Software Zone are doing the above offer, take it!
