[Wanted] Advice on studio space in D15

Looking at trying to rent a small room (c 10ft x 10ft) in the Dublin 15 area for use as a project studio. Id appreciate if anyone had any practical advise on this - rates, best places to look, security, insurance (thered obviously be music gear to be kept in there), etc... Thx a lot.
