that looks like a great piece, it should even better in colour.
does anybody remember a sleeve tattoo posted on here in a similar style (tiki island theme) on here ages ago? i remember the guy said he got it done in 'evil from the needle' in london but i cant seem to find the pictures. that was an amazing tattoo.
Ha thats funny! I was just looking through this forum for the first time in ages and I saw yer mans drawing above and thought "****, thats looks kinda like mine!!!" ...just as you did! ha ha...heres pics again....

My first tattoo, a memorial one. The lyrics are from the divine comedy song, 'Tonight We Fly' and the bass clef on the end has special meaning for me.
Turns out it's pretty difficult to take a picture of your own ribcage close enough to read the words and NOT stretch the tat out completely.
So one pic for the words, the other for the positioning.

It's an awesome tattoo, I'd say you're over the moon with it
In my personal opinion:
If someone is using art by someone else to get their tattoo done, then it's only common decency to try to contact them to ask if it is ok. You never know, even if it's not, then maybe they could do something up just for you!0 -

have to agree with this
The design i want is by a run of the mill artist (as in not a tatto designer)
i found him on facebook and asked was it ok first.
He was amazed and said it would "Blow his mind" 0 -
