Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you think those showers will make it inland, i.e. to carlow

Tomorrow's feature seems to have been thumbed down :)

Moderate to heavy rain in the west with light snow in the east :D

Accumalations of only 3-5cm's across the midlands and east
after that the winds turn proper easterly and it's game on
    for the east :D

heavy snow showers all wee :D

they are only going down the coast atm
not getting more than 3 miles in
I am at the limit of them I think.
The high ground to the west of me is getting nnothing which is a turn up for the books.
The showers will get in to you certainly from monday night and through the week as they should be much heavier by then

I hate to send shivers down peoples spine but from Monday
there will be a constent feed of snow onto the east coast
until Thursday or Friday :D

Could get towards 20cm's in places more like 10cm's in at sea level tho :D

Yea just looked at the radar, wind is almost straight from the North, but at least its cold enough to snow now. I'll have to give my mate in Edinburgh a call and see how things are shaping up there.

Yea ppl my 6230 bluetooth modem isn't able for pics. :D

Quick question, earthman and weathercheck, I drive 50 miles everyday to work in Leixlip, is there any chance that I could get stuck up there Monday?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,780 ✭✭✭✭ninebeanrows

Doubt you'll get stuck but we know what 3-5cm's of lying snow
can do :) BTW Monday wont be the worst day for the east :D
