    I like GameSpot, just make sure you stay WELL away from System Wars! Worst. Fanboys. Ever.
    Game-specific, Samus.co.uk forums and Metroid2002, though M2K2 forumites can be painfully hardcore sometimes.
    And for anyone who's on LiveJournal, Girl Gamers Community is very good too. Heavy on RPGs, and light on FPS. And not just for girls...

    im subscribed to ign. Most knowledgable forums imo. Also a lot less muppets seeing as its a subscription site.
