Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I have downloaded BitTorrent and it says that I need to open a load of ports on my firewall for it to work.
Does anyone have any experience of this, like is there a minimum that I need to open? I'm a bit dodgy about having a load of ports open obviously.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    www.portforward.com
follow that guide for your router
give bt permission in your soft ware firewall

set the ports to something high 30000 +
you need about 5 ports open for it max
select the ones you want in bt > preferences then set them up in your router
