    was watching the comedown on mtv one night and there was this cooltrack on it, it was a sample from some tony blair speech where he said "The lunatics have taken over the asylum", there was come cool mixing in it...

    The lunatics have taken over, t-t-taken over
    The lunatics have taken over, t-t-taken over the asylum

    'twas was kickin' and the video was funny.

    Anyone know who it was?

    Yeah i'm pretty sure its coldcut - revolution EP or similar.. its sitting on the shelf at home, pretty old track.
