Smart Telecom Broadband Service

Has anyone seen this yet? 2mb connection, free line rental for life(for first 100,000 customers), no download limit, free modem, 35 euro per month including VAT, won't be available till july/august though. But you can sign up for it now. http://www.smarttelecom.ie/products/broadband/index.htm

Warning - This is a bundled product!!

Read the contract carefully. Be aware of the fact that it's a bundled voice / broadband product!

If you're using EsatBT's advantage plus package ("free" national calls) you'd want to ensure that you check out what Smart Telecom's telephone pricing is likely to be like.

"3.4. The Customer acknowledges that the Services provided are a bundled service, being both voice and data, and signup to the Smart Broadband Service can only occur where the Customer has chosen Smart Telecom as its preferred line provider and has elected whether or not to sign up to Smart Telecom's Single Billing Service."
