java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Starting J2EE app Server

    Hey im getting the following

    Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.rmi.ConnectIOException: error during JRMP connection establishment; nested exception is:
    java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out]

    When trying to start my J2EE Default AppServer
    I reckon i've downloaded and installed J2EE and J2SE sdk's ok
    and env vars seem ok aswell

    any ideas??
