Sothink DHTML Menu not showing up

I'd appreciate your help with this one.
I have created a menu for a website which works perfectly on all pages except for one.
The page loads fine in internet explorer but stalls in firefox.
The difference on this page is that it is generating a form for a car hire company on the page and this seems to be holding up the menu coming in. I have run through the troubleshooter and the solution doesn't work.
I am using a template style of designing so the menu is generated in a header file which is included by the relevant files on the site. The form is generated in the actual page itself.
