Microsoft have signed up mistwalker studios for xbox2. They have currently 2 RPG games in developement. The company was set up by Hironobu Sakaguchi the creator of the Final Fantasy series and also has the FF composer Nobuo Uematsu on board. This could have a huge impact on the performance of the xbox 2 in Japan, the xbox performed badly in Japan because of a lack of Japanese games especially RPGs. I'm definitely interested in the xbox 2 now. Squarenix have brought out a lot of mediocre games since hironobu sakaguchi left. It would be great to play a quality Sakaguchi-san developed game again and not another FFX-2 or Front Mission 4.
