The delegates at USI's congress, which is in Clare starting from tomorrow week. Colleges get allocated a number of delegates based on their size, and it's up to each college to decide who goes, and whether they're given any instructions on voting. Some of the bigger ones have had the unfortunate pleasure of having heard from me already, as they've invited the candidates in. Most, though, make up their mind after the main hustings, which is on the Tuesday night. Voting itself is on Wednesday.
