Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

star wars .lost interest completly

    well i sold off a lot of my items
    im mid 30s and remember the old days 70s savoy cinema piss_in rain comics figures trading cards all of that.
    i was sooo wrapped up in it.had a star wars bed cover even.lol
    now kids dont get too impressed by 1 or a trilogy of films the way me and the guys in my class did.
    somthing is missing?
    i recently put it down to,simply kids are spoiled to notice even the small things like the look on my face when i saw the trailor of empire strikes back in 1980 or a new figure was out..
    i was years trying to get me mits on this figure blue snaggletooth lol.. god when i look back on it now.. but i was happy.
    so basicly if theres a few guys on here of the OLDSCHOOL WAY LIKE ME.
    let me know ..esp if you got kids . like me.. they have a really short span of attension.

    I'm a fan of the Star Wars, I saw Return of the Jedi like 3 times when it first came out...mind you, I was only like a wee lass then. I can see why kids today don't really care, the product sucks now. Most kids probably when they think Star Wars, think Phantom Menace and that other crap Episode 2. I think Lucas has ruined his legacy with that trash. You got garbage like Phantom menace, that's NOT gonna stack up with Lord of the Rings.
