I think me and purplefistmixer are the only girls in the JC forum, except my friends flashling and Spenguin post occasionally and they're girls too. The majority is guys. (here at least, i don't know about on the whole of boards)

On the whole of boards it's probably about 70% male 30% female I think, but that's just cus of the lack of girls interested in computers....

I honestly can't guess from the language people most people speak, I guess some guys can be spotted as they use txt spk or whatever but in general unless someone's complaining about PMS pains or talking about how strong they are I usually have no idea

Rozabeez and CorruptedMorals are both girls as well.

It's difficult how to tell if someone's a girl or guy, but I somehow manage, through whatever methods.

Woah! Knife fighter, I never said that! I didn't even imply that! I certainly don't think the people on this board are dumb, male or female, so I'm very sorry if you thought I was saying that! I just meant that, I found it pretty easy to tell who was male or female, and that whatever it was, I could guess pretty accurately through everyones speech. And that doesn't mean that just cause someone uses text speak they're a guy, plenty of girls use text speak too. Oh, I dunno I'm sorry if you took offence to what I said, it certainly hadn't meant to sound like that! I never even thought someone would take offence that I could tell whether they were male or female through the way they said stuff. Woops! Again, sorry!

Oh, and also, i'm all for treating girls with respect whether or not they're in the minority, but I also think that if you treat girls with respect you should treat guys the same too. Just cause they're male and tough doesn't mean they don't deserve to be treated with respect by other men and women alike. I think people often forget that.

Not really, but have got to take a more laid back approch to moding this forum.

Most of the regular user are after spending 9 hours in a place they dont want to be.You take the role of moding this forum way to serously you are on somebodys back if they post something you dont like.I know this is the junior cert forum but christ sake you need to give us some fun.This is the only forum that has a body of users our age, so just let us have our fun.

Girls are generally more mature than guys up to a certain age but other than that....I think they're more or less equal on terms of intelligence.
