    Hi,
    I have a large room available to rent in a quiet cul de sac in a new housing estate in Rhode Village. Close to all local amenities. House includes open fire, OFCH, washing machine/dryer combo and all other mod cons. The house is a two storey semi-detached in a quiet housing estate. About 25 minutes from Tullamore, 10 from Rochfortbridge and Tyrrellspass.

    Rent: €320 per month inclusive of bills (ESB, fuel, oil, TV License in sitting room).

    Candidate: Non-smoker preferred, professional, courteous, quiet, and responsible male or female. References may be requested.
