    I love it! It's a nice effect having the orange light underneath it too, makes it stand out from other astronomy photographs

    indeed it was - I would have got nothing otherwise. Take a look here to see how it was done. I was using a Fuji rather than the Canon, and did not need to bother with Registrax.
