    Well the McLaren cars are off on a flyer. Are they the team to beat or have Renault, Ferrari, Williams and BAR been saving their best for the Qualifications and Race? Anyway its good to see Ferrari not at the top of the time sheets for a change! :)

    Is it true that teams are not allowed to change the tyres for the entire duration of the race ? Aertel seems to suggest this is the case with the new regs...

    Yes it's true each driver only has two tyre sets for the whole weekend.

    You can change a tyre if it is damaged or suspected to be damaged, but if you change the tyres you cannot add fuel during that stop
