cancelling bank draft

    Got a bank draft made out but the deal fell through...can I just lodge it back to my account even though the payee is someone else?

    I got it made out at a bank different from the one where I have my account...just wondering what the quickest and easiest way to get the money back to me is....

    is it a domestic euro draft or a foreign draft?

    if the former then just bring it back to the branch where you bought it.
